| Tower Service Station is the kind of place where, even if they do not know you personally, they make you fee like they do. This means that they are budget concious, they only repair what needs to be repaired, and they do it on time. Great place, highly recommended. |

| Thanks for getting my van in so quickly when I called. Overall, I'm very pleased with my experience, however, one thing that has slipped in recent visits (maybe a year or so?) is the clean up on the car once the work is done. For eg. this time I knew to use a kleenex to wipe the steering wheel which was greazy all the way around. I followed up with a baby wipe. On a previous occasion there was black on the ceiling material in the 2nd row of the van. I'm not always able to make a 2nd trip back right away to have those marks removed. But, overall, excellent service. Thanks Bill and John! |
| Shop Comment Thank you Kathy for bringing that to our attention. We do have a policy here for wiping down steering wheels after service, but i'm sure at times it is missed. We will try our best to insure it does not happen again. |
